We import a large number of Moulin de Gassac Wines, ranging from the entry level Figaro right up to the
Mas de Daumas Gassac, the Grand Cru of the Languedoc.
In 1971 the Guibert family, owners of Moulin de Gassac, discovered
an historical farm "Mas de Daumas Gassac" with a unique terrior of unexplained red glacial soil and lutetian limestone.
The estate has over 58 vineyard plots, organically farmed and hand harvested, each surrounded by the Garrigue Mediterranean
forest.
The two Grands Crus wines, red and white, have more than 35 different grape varieties, all estate grown
with low yields, offering many layers of rare and complex aromas as well as the stunning ability to age.
Daumas
Gassac red: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon plus 20 other grape varieties including Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Nebiolo
and Dolcetto.
Daumas Gassac white: 20% each of Chardonnay, Viognier, Chenin Blanc, Petit Manseng plus 15
